Background/Experience: I have always had a passion for sport and fitness; being active has always been a part of my life. Fitness and activity as being a crucial factor for maintaining body, mind, and spirit. In past years, I have been involved in triathlons, road cycling, and running races. In recent years, I have taken a gentler approach to fitness and well being. I am an outdoors enthusiast: hiking, biking, running, cycling in the summer and in the winter snow shoeing and skiing.
Philosophy: I deliver an energetic, fun, and dynamic workout to keep of clients on track with their goals, attaining sport specific improvements, and achieving the numerous health benefits. My workouts involve exercises full body functional movementes to burn calories, but also to increase mobility lean body mass. My mission is to help each and every client improve their quality of life so they can not only live better, but thrive in all aspects of life.
Personal interests: I am interested in most sports outdoor pursuits and am always up for a challenge!!
